Three minutes is not even close to being in the same ballpark to "not a problem". You want to lift heavy weigths or you won't to assume you know everything? Look up recovery, energy systems, cns recovery, etc..
You've never lifted 195 pounds...you still haven't. There is not too much to analyse here except learing proper ways to do cns intensive training and stop basing workouts on expectations.
I probably would have rested up to 6 minutes to try a single again like that.
