Default Progress after working out for about 2yrs started at 140 and now 230pds

this is after 2 yrs of working out i do super sets of 10 8 6 and about every three months i do a powerlifting routine of 7 5 3.
Bench 380
sqaut 315 never really max out on it
deadlift 415
