My kids have some of those little yellow chairs laying around that I use to do pushups (although basketballs work, I am just to clumsy). I will place them shoulder width apart and do 10 pushups with one hand on each chair (that way you go real deep between them) then I take one hand off and put it on the floor while leaving the other hand on the chair and do ten more. I then switch hands (once again, one hand on the floor between the chairs and one hand on the chair) and do 10 more. That is one set (superset if I am correct?). I can normally do 3 sets but after that I am dead.
I elevate my feet so that they are even with the chairs.
