oh squats: 40 x 3, 50 x 2, 55 x 2, 60 x 2

rdl's: 140, 3 x 7

triset:

-barbell rows - 120, 4 x 3
-zottman curls - 10, 2 x 10
-stepups - 50, 2 x 9

foam roller dead bugs: single leg lowering, 2 x 10 each leg

rice bucket: 2 x 2.5 minutes
