Default Just got back from GNC. Bought some Mass XXX and Amplified Creatine 189
It was only $53 with my Gold Card!

I have a question. How do you go about taking the Mass XXX? It gives you a huge scooper and it says 1-2 daily. When should I take it also?

The sales rep was there trying to sell me on BioRythm's Kre-Algenine saying it's the best creatine they have?
