Insulin spike after work out?
Hey i was just wondering how many of you aim to create a spike in insulin levels after work out, and how important is it because most people i know do not do this? Also what food/supplements do you use to achieve this spike. I usually eat a baked potato, or make a shake with many high glycemic carbohydrates. I am 5'10 and 228 pounds, and just wondering about the proper dosage(amount of grams) i should consume. Also should i just forget the natural food and just buy some dextrose?
