Well at 16 your probably just hitting the bulk up age so be patient. Eating alot doesn't mean eating a huge breakfast lunch and supper. You have to eat more often to keep the nutrients coming all day. Alot of guys eat about 6 meals a day. IMO a 5x5 is probably a good choice so just eat, eat, lift, eat rinse and repeat. Thats just my two cents though.
