Actually it's voodoo... I consulted a Gay-evil-midget-witchdoctor that said I should hang beads from the bench press bar while letting my left testicle hang out of the right side of my Speedo thong workout shorts... he said that this will conjure up an aura that will increase my chances of getting flamed for posting something on bodybuilding.net

OK, so you don't have to hang them from the bar... and yes... if you're into that kind of sick shit, you could use them for anal beads... but then I'm sure the other gym members would complain.

Gay or not... I'm still using them... although I may re-consider hanging them from the bar
