good thing to do with push ups. if thats just really what you need. do approximatly 10 to 15 pushups per set. until you reach 100 the first week. and if that isnt enough each week increase the sets of pushups and the reps per set.

like nomrally when i do pushups i do sets of 20 until i get to 200.

of if you want to just want to do something fun. take a deck of cards. whatever card you flip. thats the amount of pushups you do. all facecards (jack,king,queen) are 15 and aces are 20. just flip and do that amount. wait a little while flip again and do more. keep going until you cant go anymore, then count what you did
