Default Back in the saddle

Hey guys, simple question. Just got back into training again. Weighing in at 300 pounds, looking to lose belly but not size. Dunno if that makes sense, but all in all, 1'd like to be a nice 260-270 pounds of muscle for wrestling. Any "tips" for starting back out??
