I would say to make sure you drink a good amount of water, I'd drink at least a liter (your size may be diff). Then, your body won't be starved of water at any time while your in. Remember, water is ESSENTIAL for all body functions, muscle-building included.

I agree w/ Ross. I'd go in on a non-weights, non-recov. day.
