trying to bulk then cut up

Im currently 6'2 192 lbs im trying to put on some muscle and then cut up in liike 1 to 2 months i need all the help i can get thanks!!
my diet consists of like 250 grams of protein thats all I really know and i try to eat alot during the day.
my workout schedule is 5x a week with as stated
Mon chest
tues bi-tries
wed back
thur shoulders
fri whole body
some stats: bench 235 3x10
curl 65lb db's x8
shoulders 95lb dbs x8
