Default trying to bulk then cut up

hey guys would need some help !! thanks

Im currently 6'2 192 lbs im trying to put on some muscle and then cut up in liike 1 to 2 months i need all the help i can get thanks!!

my diet consists of like 250 grams of protein thats all I really know and i try to eat alot during the day.

my workout schedule is 5x a week with as stated
Mon chest
tues bi-tries
wed back
thur shoulders
fri whole body

some stats: bench 235 3x10
curl 65lb db's x8
shoulders 95lb dbs x8

thanks guys can you help me with some diet or supplement suggestions thanks
