OVERVIEW
Muay Thai was real good. Got a chance to really work on my movement and hitting the outside angles for counters. We had an open mat and I worked with one other guy with his game plans for an up coming comp., which I'll be in. ![Smile](images/smilies/smile.gif)
I'm going to start working with conditioning since the competition is coming in a couple of weeks. Lots to come.
