I decided to increase the intensity and really push it this week. The last set gave me a bit of grief, I couldn't get the second rep with my left arm. I had to lower the weight to the floor and re-attempt it. I ended up failing that attempt as well (2 failed attempts so far). Waited a minute, calmed down, and I nailed the rep. Basically my last set was a cluster set of sorts. Didn't have the problem on the right side.

+30x5, +30x4, +30x4, BWx8
5lb increase and hit 1 less rep than last week. I'm happy.
Neutral Grip DB Press
65x10, 60x10x2
Those Uni Presses really got my shoulders. 65 was tough, I wouldn't have gotten another good set with it so I dropped back to 60s. Still progress in the forward direction.
Zottman Curls

Added a rep across the board.
