are my triceps weak?
So i started to use dumbbell bench press for chest/triceps day and I noticed that my triceps are having a hard time keeping the weight balanced. I can max out with 75 pounds for 10 times, however when i bar bench press i can do 225 pounds for 8 reps. I was thinking of doing triceps twice a weak. Monday on chest/Triceps day and Friday on shoulder day.
