Okay..
As a part of trying this out, I decided to go for oatmeal this morning. Usually when I have oatmeal I sufficate it with 2% milk and sugar. Obviously the sugar is not a good thing so I left it out and instead of pouring the milk in it like I usually would, I got a glass of it instead.
The oats tasted HORRIBLE. I ate three bites of it and came to the conclusion that even those it had a horrible taste I would still eat it because I know I'm doing a good thing. WRONG!.. That stuff made its way to the trash can a couple bites later.
Anyone got any advice on how to make this stuff taste half decent without making it completely BAD for me like I've grown up eating it? lol.
