deload:

foam/mob/oh squats

front low box: 135 x 5 x 2 (pr)

pallof press: 27.5, 2 x 10

pressups: 10, 2 x 20

dead bugs on roller: double leg lowering...2 x 3...with static holds on the end of each with my stomach sucked in

got most of my six pack back...just missing a little definition on the bottom of five and six.
