Ive tried volume training but it didnt work out for me. i got no where and i made no gains in muscle. i took to long training. ive started his program. this is my first week. and i i could say is that i trained with high intensity and its breath taking. the effort i put on that set is immense. for my leg work out ive been sore since wednesday, and its saturday today. but if the stress and intensity is so high.i think i will unable to heal without juicing. i think imma have to reduce the intensity. but lets see how it turns out
