Chicken breasts are good, too. I go to Costco and buy a big tray. I get like 14 decent sized ones for around $12-13, less than a buck a piece. I think each one has about 30g of protein.

What I do is I take about an hour and cook them all on my George Foreman Grill and put all the pieces into zip-locks (2 apiece) and put 'em in the fridge. Chicken is good cold, or you could just reheat it.

I eat the chicken on a sandwich, cut it up in a salad, have a couple pieces w/ some white rice and spaghetti sauce, throw it in a wrap w/ some dressing. Tons of stuff to do w/ chicken breast, and they are cheap too.
