A bit off topic, but 0311, I remember one of your posts said you eat a lot of ground beef. What fat % do you buy?

My grocery store carries beef up to 92%, but my butcher has, like 95 or 98%. The butcher's meat is very dry though. Trying to make meatballs or hamburgers out of it is rough.
