Wow, I was just looking at the FLT package yesterday.

What is funny is the way I ended up checking it out. I enter nutrition and exercise info on Gyminee and Gyminee supports Twitter. I signed up for Twitter snd added Mike Robertson to my follow list and that led me to adding Leigh Peele to the follow list which got me to look at the FLT package.

I was hoping to just get a copy of just the OPT for Fat Loss rather than the whole package since I already have Venuto's Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle.
