Default Newbie Needing Good Info

I lifted a little all through high school so i know the basics but i wanna know the best way to start again. I had an accident bull riding six months ago so i had reconstructive shoulder surgery so i would like to get my strength back in it. Im not goin for major bulking but would like to become stronger than i was and get toned. Let me know what a good routine would be and how often i should lift
