Bench press is the better of your lifts. You don't have a lot of arch. Try tucking your feet farther back and that might help.
Deadlifts...there is no arch. It hurt my back to watch. I'm pretty bad when it comes to critiquing deadlights. However...I'll give it a shot. Your hips are getting through late (this is one of the most important things). You're leaning forward at setup, I think. I'm not sure if it's your shoes that are causing it. (look into getting some flat soled shoes like chucks or DL barefoot if you can) You don't quite finish the lift. You get to the top and stop. Make sure you squeeze your glutes. Keep your weight back on your heels.
