My mom is the classic example. She has APT. She never stretched her hips, only her hamstrings. Her doctor is a retard. It got worse from only stretching her hamstrings. I'm trying to get her to stop stretching her hamstrings and only stretch her hips. When she makes some progress, then hamstring stretching might be more beneficial. Stretching her hamstrings helped to alleviate some of her lower back pain, but it ultimately put her into more of an APT, I believe.
