DE Squat Day

110 degrees again.Fuck! Wanted to work up some after box squats but felt shit!! Just did 2 heavy sets of pull thrus and 3-4 sets of what I call bastard planks.Basically a static hold in the Bottom position of a rollout.FUCKING hard!!

DE Squat Day 30/1/09
Box Squat @ 50-55% 3x2 70kg 5x2 80kg
Pullthrus 2x12 121kg
Bastard Planks 3x15 sec holds
Reg Planks 2x?

Abs were fried from the static work.Got vids of squats.
