ME Squat Deadlift Day

Today was a good day!! I finally hit a 400lb pull.FUCK YEAH!! I maxed out at 401lbs on a sumo (aka Hoppers hybrid pulls for E ) I just missed 405 cos I shot my ass up too quick.Moved to Rollouts next, these have gotten alot stronger, I did 5 negatives from standing and didnt flop the last few inches so that was good.I then did 2x20 from knees.Finished with dumbell lunges but my bells were too big with the 10kg plates and they interfered with my form alot.I'll use a barbell next week.

ME Squat/Deadlift Day 2/2/09
Sumo 1x1 150kg 160kg 173.5kg (PR) 1xM 175kg
Rollout Negs 2x5 BW
Rollout Knees 2x20 BW
Lunges 2x5 35kg

I got vids of the pulls comin, but I must have forgotten to hit recoed when I went the 401!! AGGRRGGHHH dammit,I did get a vid of the miss tho!!
