Crap no. I see the links now. I'll make up for it later somehow. Wonder if Eric has a link for buying hemp seeds. I am going to try that due to the protein, Omega3s and fiber in them. Leigh recommended them as an ok supplement but mentioned that there are other options that are not as expensive.
