Maximum Strength 4 times in your posts today lol...Maximum Strength is great but its not a bible for strength training. Its merely a collection of exercises, sets, and reps based on a set of principles. Rather than repeat the exercises, sets, and reps, why not repeat the principles? If you keep repeating Max-Strength, it's inevitable that one day it will not deliver the results you're expecting.
And please use Eric's links in the furtue, he took the time to come up with these resources. Its the least we can do
