You guys are right. I don't need to focus on "a program". I do plan on using the exercise principles and concepts from that one guy along with the nutrition principles and concepts from Leigh's stuff. As long as I continue to lose fat, maintain muscle, modest strength increases and don't overtrain, I am doing good. If not, then I need to make some adjustments.
