ME Squat Day

Thought I would free squat today, does anyone else find free squatting weird after doing mostly box squats? I do.Anyways worked up to 145kg and hit it nicely so i went for 152.5kg on the bar and had to dump it.C$&T I have never missed a squat before lucky I got my super duper high tech expensive safety rack (see vids when I post em) . I did rollouts next for some BW negatives and then some from the knees with weights on my back.Finished with Band GMs.I wanted to do a single leg exercise but was a bit pressed for time. I will make up for it!

ME Squat Day 9/2/09
Squat 1x1 140k,145kg 152.5kg 2x1 140kg 1x1 145kg
Rollouts (WOD) Negs Standing 2x6
Knees WOD BW 1x10,1x10 BW+2.5kg 1x8 +5kg
2x Blue Band GMs 3x10

So even tho I missed that squat I was happy that I got 5 good singles with a very near Max weight.I have never done that many singles with 140-145kg.
