Went over to the cage to do some 1/2 - 1/4 squats and lock outs
535 x 5 (1/2 squat)
585 x 5 (1/2 squat)
635 x 4 (1/4 squat)
685 x 3 (needed help with the lift off , but nailed 3 good Lock outs. aprox 3" lift held for a good 3 seconds and came down very slow)
Good workout - Took about 1 1/2 hrs between the two of us.
