Well, I hate to show a Joey Smith video, but it's the best I could find on short notice.
He gets his legs tucked under him. When he's all the way at the bottom and starts to press, watch his feet. It helps to keep him tight & maintain his leverage. And he gets a little drive out of it. He's just forcing his heels down towards the ground.

If you watch Paul, he doesn't have much arch in his back. He arches up at the very bottom...he's basically flat before he gets there. His legs are so far out that he can't get much arch even when he does try at the bottom. If he got his legs tucked & a good arch BEFORE the lift off, then he would be able to stay tight and maintain better leverage. If he improved his setup, then he would definitely be putting up much better numbers. I'm not saying he should lift like Joey (which would mean dumping on most of his attempts at meets & being arrogant as hell), but he could change a couple of small things and it would help him out.
