If your feeling frisky on some cardio days, you can substitue them for sprints. Outddors is easier than treamill. Don't ever do it more than twice a week tops however, as this will zap strength if your a hardgainer, but this will deff. help with fat loss. Just do like 10 sprints followed by short breaks in between. Sprint about 10-15 seconds or more if you can handle it, as hard as you can.
