105 was tough, I couldn't repeat that for another set so I dropped down to 95. I'm going to transition into some lower rep work and try to get shoulder fatigue to a minimum.
I've added something to my supplement 'stack' that should help to put on a few extra pounds. This whole maintaining at a 4500cal intake seems a bit wierd to me. There is some research behind what I'm doing, but I'll wait until I see results before I tell everyone what it is.
