Rather than worry about the fat caliper number converted to %body fat, just use the number and the one spot recommended by Accumeasure is fine. Heck, you could just take the suggestion of the old Special K cereal commercial and "pinch an inch". If the amount of fat you can grab in that area decreases, then you are losing body fat.

I believe you can track the Accumeasure mm measurements and changes to that value can be used in addition to weight measurements to calculate fat loss:

Fat Loss = [Caliper(after)/Caliper(before) - 1] X Weight(before)

I have never tried this myself but mathematically it should give a representative result.
