Try to do the movements so slowly as possible, and you will see how 5 kilo weigh.

If you do it well, you can get very nice muscular congestion*, and that's the best thing you can get in a gym.



*i'm sorry, but i don't know the correct words in english. Baybe it is right writen... I don't know...
