Dice en espaƱol, por favor.

This is the 'Introduce Yourself' thread, if I understand correctly. I'm not asking for advice, merely asking a rhetorical question to which I expected no serious responses.

The title was intended to be humorous. There is a subtle distinction between "98 lb weaklings" and "98 lb athletes in training." I can only know my character authoritatively; you are the best expert on yours.

One becomes a little warped after multiple unsuccessful attempts at such training targets as "Standing from the toilet without assistance AND without falling onto the floor." It has been a long road to walk. I have to laugh at myself. Maybe someday you will see the humor.

I'm happy that I'm allowed the 5 kilo dumbbells at this point. This month, I'm allowed to start 'jogging', but only for 5 minutes a day. The target is (eventually) 8km/day.

It's nice to see an active forum.
