Update ( as best as I can , not sure on some weights)

Feb 13th

Shoulder Press 4x12 with 185
Upright Rows
Side Raises 4x8 with 40's
Abs

Feb 17th

Squats worked up to 405 for 5
Leg Extensions

quick workout.

Feb 18th

Bench ( used the Fat Bar not sure on the weight) 5x12
Flat Hammer Press with 3x5 with 106lbs
Cable Flyes 2x12 with 60
Dips 3x10
Tricep Pushdowns 3x10 with 160
One arm extensions 2x10 with 30's
