Thanks Ross. Yes, it will have a carry over to soccer. Getting the movement down, building coordination and power will be valuable to you as well as anyone else playing sports requiring a combination of speed and strength.

Don't worry about asking questions because if you don't ask you won't learn. Good luck on meeting your goals. Also the vids in the link provided by Pity are definitely worth a look.
