Warmup with Pullups 3x8 bw

Deadlifts
135 x 10
185 x 5
265 x 3
315 x 3
355 x 3
405 x 3
455 x 1
505 x FAIL

Went to the cage and set pins up 2" above my knees

505 x 3
545 x 3
600 x 3
640 x 2
685 x 2

My left hand got ripped up to shit . Had a hard time holding anything after this , but went ahead and did .....

Low Cable Pulls

3x8 w/ 200

Lat Pulldown ( Hammer Strength machine )

3x10 w/ 90 on each side

Hammer curls

2x10 w/ 40's

One arm low cable curls

2x10 w/ 40

Good workout - Left hand fucking kills , but it will be fine for Monday's workout
