Default New! and need help ^^

hi everyone.

for the past few days i have been reading so many articles/guides about HIIT and Strength to cut down fat.

I am about 5'10" and weigh around 220 lb. my BF is around 30-35%

i came up w/ this plan.

2 days of lifting weight
3/4 days of HIIT. i am a beginner so i started with

1 min @ 7 mph sprint followed by 1-1.5 minutes of 3.5 mph walk.
i do that for around 20 mins.

What do you guys think of this plan?
Also i need help with my diet plan.
how much calories will i need a day?
For the past 2 weeks i have been eating subway. I don't know if the bread from subway is good or bad for me.
