Beginning Thoughts:
This is from Monday. I have been so lazy to post.. Workout:
Overhead Squats:
45 lbs x 5 reps
75 lbs x 3 reps
95 lbs x 3 reps
115 lbs x 3 reps
135 lbs x 3 reps
155 lbs x 1 rep x 2 sets
155 lbs x FAIL
I crashed on the 3rd attempt at 155. Damn that was scary...
Unilateral Squats:
I ditched the box with these. Time to practice this without any boxes. Videos:
