ME Bench day

Floor press today.Aint maxed in a while on any bench movement and as I am close to being setup with Wes I thought fuck it I'll take a max.Went pretty well, I used a medium grip and hit a max of 100kg on the bar, it was a grinder especially at the top but I got it.Moved to Tate press next was up in weight there too, finished with Barbell Rows, these were the best they have ever been.I have been doing some sort of row 4 times a week,as a warmup for 10-15 reps on lower days and heavy 5-8's on upper days it is working well, my back is bigger tighter and I am stronger on everything.

ME Bench Day 25/2/09
Floor Press Med Grip 1x1 90kg,95kg 100kg 1x4 90kg
Tate Press 4x8-10 16kg & 17.5kg
Barbell Rows 3x5 55kg
