Rear DB Lateral 3x10 w/ 30's

Rear Cable Lateral 3x 10 w/ 20

Standing Calf Raises N/A

Seated Calf Raises 3x 10

BB Forearm Curl 3x10 w/ 60

Db Forearm Curl 3x10 w/ 40's

Decline Crunch 3x 12

Back Extensions 3x10 ( N/W )

This was done in 20 minutes. Stupid gym closed at 8pm - I never go to this place and thought I would get in a nice change of scene , but wont be back unless I have the time to enjoy all what they have to offer
