I wouldn't think you've got diabetes. But I guess it wouldn't hurt to get checked out. I wake up at least once if not twice to go . Water is very important so don't be shy on it.

Just keep it the same no matter what . Everyday all day.
If you WANT to make them different. Then have the 2930 on weight training days and go less on cardio days.
