BCAA's are NOT protein. They are individual aminos. Individual aminos are not protein but are the building blocks of protein.

BCAA's are a very small proportion of muslce protein. Did you know that? You are not FEEDING the muscles by taking bcaa's. There is not way of saying that even taking them continuosly has a significant "anti-catabolic" effect. You want anti-catabolic you want either slow protein or you want continusous steady intake of ANY protein including fast.

BCAA's are NOT food.

Honestly this is beginning to sould more like stomach problems than anything else.

I've been eating fried chicken ALL MY life and I LOVE IT!
