It's not that they don't eat what I give them..
It's more that I can't figure out how much of what I'm getting when it's all mixed up..
Am I getting 3/4 of chicken breast? How much tomato sauce..
Way easier when you can just stick it in a blender for 1..
We all eat healthy..
Whole wheat pasta, lots of chicken and ground beef..
It's just how much protein, how much carbs..
Gotta break it down and keep track..
