I'm sorry I probably stated the question wrong. Since I'm doing chest/triceps today here is my workout plan:

5min Tread mill warm up
5min Stretch

Flat Bench
set 1 10 reps bar (warm up)
set 2 10 reps 95 (warm up)
set 3 6 reps 135 (acclimation / warm up)
set 4 3 reps 155 (acclimation)
set 5 1 rep 175 (acclimation)
set 6 6-8reps 185 (work)
set 7 6-8reps 185 (work)
set 8 6-8reps 190 (work)
set 9 6-8reps 195 (work)
Incline Bench
set 1 6-8reps 135 (work)
set 2 6-8reps 135(work)
set 3 6-8reps 145(work)
set 4 6-8reps 145(work)
Cable Crossovers
set 1 6-8reps 20lbs (work)
set 2 6-8reps 25lbs (work)
set 3 6-8reps 25lbs (work)
set 4 6-8reps 30lbs (work)

Now I plan to move to triceps BUT do I warm them up as I did my chest or just jump in since they are used during chest exercises?
