Do what you want. Banana's are good for you , Natural Peanut Butter is good for you and sometimes it's nice to have this as a snack. Just don't make 85% of your meals Shakes.

I know you want to have everything answered directly to YOU , but man you have to read some stuff on this board other than what you post. It will make things easier for you.
